Equality strands

Instead of focusing only on gender and equality issues, FAU takes a broader approach in its diversity strategy and covers various other equality strands including disability, sexual orientation and gender identity as well as social background and education.

FAU also encourages taking a constructive approach to its members’ religious and ideological diversity.
